A well-established safety-critical business, manufacturing unique state of the art detection and monitoring equipment, is looking for a Senior Electronics Design Engineer to add to their team (due to an internal move).

 

 

Info about what the Senor Electronics Design Engineer role entails

  • The role of the Senior Electronics Design Engineer will involve leading the electronics and electrical design, development and support of the company’s products.
  • Researching into design options and creating innovative solutions
  • Electronics design and development from concept (including working prototypes) through to production (including production parts)
  • Leading FMEA and Design Reviews
  • Leading the investigation into product issues and providing solutions
  • To provide mentorship to other Electronics Design and Electrical Design Engineers

 

 

Essential Requirements of the Senior Electronics Design Engineer

  • Electronics Engineering Degree or similar qualification
  • Experienced in taking a concept through to design and into production
  • Electronic prototyping and assembly
  • Design and development of circuits
  • PCB board design and testing

 

 

Nice to Have Requirements of the Senior Electronics Design Engineer

  • Altium
  • Any software programming experience
