Their solutions typically include fixed and portable detectors, control systems, and software that help ensure workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and early leak detection across sectors like energy, chemicals, and manufacturing.

The District Sales Manager

• Grow existing accounts while actively winning new industrial customers
• Deliver technical advice on products, solutions, and applications
• Lead customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Manage offers, negotiations, and follow-ups while tracking activity in CRM
• Monitor market trends and collaborate internally, including events and trade fairs participation

Requirements of the District Sales Manager

• Technical or commercial background with strong technical affinity and B2B field sales experience (ideally in gas detection, fire, or life safety)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals
• Structured, independent working style with willingness to travel; German native with basic English skills
