We’re looking for a Global Demand Planner to take ownership of and enhance the end-to-end demand planning process on a global scale. This position plays a central role in the growth agenda, leading S&OE and S&OP forums to align demand inputs and translate commercial objectives into clear, actionable plans for manufacturing and supply chain teams.
Working as part of the global operations function, the Global Demand Planner will support scalable growth by continually improving planning governance and driving digital capability through Microsoft Dynamics 365. Info about what the Global Demand Planner role entails
The Global Demand Planner is responsible for the end-to-end demand planning, forecast accuracy, and planning governance across all commercial regions. This role leads the global & regional S&OE and S&OP cycles, ensuring robust demand signals in Microsoft Dynamics 365. The Global Demand Planner partners closely with Commercial Regions, Finance, Supply Planning, Product Management, R&D and Manufacturing Operations.
Essential Requirements for the Global Demand Planner role
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in demand planning, S&OP, or supply chain analytics in a global manufacturing or technology environment.
- Proficiency with Dynamics 365 (D365) planning modules, statistical forecasting tools, and advanced Excel/Power BI analytics
- Strong understanding of S&OE/S&OP processes, product lifecycle planning, and cross-functional coordination
Desirable Requirements for the Global Demand Planner
- Experience in multi-site or multi-market global environments (US, Europe, Others).
- Familiarity with manufacturing operations, ERP data structures, and inventory optimization methods.
- Preferred: CPIM or CSCP certification
