Info about what the Production / Process Engineer role entails

This team acts as gatekeepers between engineering & operations  ensuring designs are production-ready with documentation, processes, and equipment. The majority of the time you will provide production support, NPD and process improvement with 40% focused on test equipment  and test process development. .  
 

Essential Requirements of the Production / Process Engineer role

• Hands on engineering background within mechatronics, electronics, mechanical. electrical engineering.
• Experience in either a production or test engineering environment.
• Experience troubleshooting production or test processes using RCA/Root Cause Analysis methods (5 Whys, Fishbone, Ishikawa, 8D, FMEA, PFMEA, FTA, Cause and effect analysis, DMAIC).
• Experience with process validation, CI and process development.
• Experience creating or maintaining technical documentation such as SOPs, work instructions & process records.

Desirable Requirements of the Production / Process Engineer role

• Electronics and PCB fault finding
• Experience with scripting / programming in Python
