Take ownership of complex turbomachinery control projects, from planning and design through to testing and commissioning, you’ll use your technical experience to coordinate teams, manage customer relationships, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
You don’t need an existing Project Manager title! We welcome engineers who have led technical work, coordinated project activities, or taken responsibility for control system delivery.
Working arrangements & benefits:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday; primarily office based.
- Occasional site visits and domestic/international travel, typically less than 15%.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and contractual commitments.
- Coordinate engineering, suppliers, subcontractors, testing, and commissioning.
- Act as the main customer contact, communicating progress and resolving issues.
- Manage scope changes, change orders, and delivery risks.
- Monitor costs, payment milestones, cash flow, and profitability.
- Help improve project delivery and quality standards.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in controls, industrial automation, or control system project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of control panels, instrumentation, PLC/DCS/HMI programming, testing, and commissioning.
- Experience taking ownership of technical delivery or coordinating project teams.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- An interest in developing your leadership and commercial responsibilities.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related technical field. PMP/PMI certification is a plus.
