Info about what the Product Manager role entails

As a Product Manager, you will help drive the business toward its strategic goals, including financial, sales, and manufacturing targets. Your role will be instrumental in developing and maintaining global market strategies for product ranges, with a strong emphasis on product innovation, market trends, and customer needs.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Developing and proposing the product roadmap by identifying future trends and opportunities.
• Defining strategic objectives, vision, and market ambitions for assigned products.
• Overseeing end-to-end product ownership throughout the entire NPD process and product lifecycle, including NPD documentation, go-to-market strategies, pricing, Alpha and Beta testing, and product obsolescence.
• Collaborating closely with all relevant business functions.

Requirements of the Product Manager

• At least 2/3 years of experience working with a Product Manager/or similar role
• Experience working with a manufacturing environment
• Strong Communication and Presentation skills
