Info about the Product Manager

We are seeking a Product Manager with technical expertise in refrigeration or HVACR to take responsibility for developing and driving the product portfolio. This role is a blend of technical knowledge and commercial insight, the ideal candidate will understand the needs of the industry and translate them into product innovation, positioning, and growth.

You will work closely with R&D, sales teams, and customers to ensure the client remains at the forefront of gas detection solutions in refrigeration and HVACR markets.

Requirements of the Product Manager

• Background in refrigeration, HVACR, or related technical field (essential).
• Strong understanding of refrigeration systems; knowledge of gas detection in refrigeration is highly desirable.
• Experience in product management, product marketing, or technical sales within an industrial/technical environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical experts and commercial teams alike.
• Commercial mindset with a hands-on approach to driving product success.
