As part of this growth, they're investing £millions in new inspection equipment and looking for a passionate and experienced Quality Inspector to play a key role in their expanding team.

Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Quality Inspector

• Hands on inspection of metallic and solid machined parts
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Filling out inspection reports

Essential Requirements for the Quality Inspector

• Mechanical Inspection experience, using equipment such as micrometers, height and plug gauges, vernier callipers etc
• Basic Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) knowledge

Nice to have experience for the Quality Inspector

• Pharma, Aerospace or Automotive experience (nice to have but not essential)
• Faro arm and/or CMM machine experience also a nice to have (although training will be given)
